1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, business information, and NMLS license number for MLO accounts.

• LinkedIn OAuth: When you sign in or register using LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and public profile headline as authorized by LinkedIn's API.

• Lead Submission Data: Borrower information submitted by Lead Generators including name, address, loan type, loan amount, and co-borrower details.

• Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• Usage Data: Log data, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform.

• Communications: Records of calls made through the Twilio-powered dialer, call duration, and post-call verification responses.

• Third-Party Commercial Data: We may acquire consumer marketing data, public record information, and commercial contact lists from licensed third-party data brokers and wholesale aggregators. This data is limited to high level consumer intent, geography, and estimated property attributes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage user accounts on the MLOconnect platform.

• Verify the identity and licensing credentials of Mortgage Loan Officers.

• Facilitate the delivery of live mortgage leads to active MLO subscribers.

• Process subscription payments and affiliate commission payouts.

• Track lead submission volume and calculate Lead Generator compensation.

• Send platform notifications, onboarding instructions, and account updates.

• Maintain call logs and lead records within the CRM dashboard.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations including TCPA requirements.

• Improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience.

3. LinkedIn Data Usage

When you authenticate using LinkedIn, we receive limited profile data solely for the purpose of account creation and identity verification. We use your LinkedIn data to:

• Pre-populate your account registration fields.

• Verify your professional identity as a licensed mortgage professional.

• Display your name and profile within the MLOconnect dashboard.

We do not share your LinkedIn data with third parties, post to your LinkedIn profile, or use your LinkedIn information for advertising purposes. You may revoke LinkedIn access at any time through your LinkedIn account settings.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party tools including Stripe (payments), Twilio (calling), Zapier (automation), Bubble (platform infrastructure), and DocuSign (agreements) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority.

• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Ownership

All leads, borrower data, MLO relationships, and platform data submitted to or generated through MLOconnect are the exclusive property of KTD Studios & Productions LLC. Lead Generators and MLOs do not retain ownership rights to platform data upon termination of their agreement with the Company.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information including encrypted data transmission, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized users only. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
