It all began with someone who was tired of losing leads
I began as a loan originator who felt like control was out my reach. Customers seemed interested but i felt over invested in the outcome.
As a experienced MLO i personally felt stuck & stressed because i just couldn’t keep track of all my leads i would have 10 loans in my pipeline & 5 would drop or ghost me due to organization problems.
Then i had a serious thought. Why is it still hand written paperwork in 2026? Why is the mortgage industry so out of date? Why do my boss & the lender have so much control over me?
What popped up in my mind wasn’t rebellion it was innovation, i didn’t want Leads to be owned by anyone, i wanted to be all fair game for the individual loan officer & the small brokers & lenders.
Your leads. Your relationships. Your career. Your business. Nobody can take that from you not anymore.
